Founder
My name is Sarah Buckley and I was born with Lyme Disease and at least 2 genetic mutations. I've never known a life without illness! I am a divorcee x2 and a Domestic Violence and Rape Survivor. I am resilient AF and trying to heal loudly and unapologetically after many, many years of gaslighting, masking and multiple misdiagnoses! Every single doctor has referred to me as a "complex case."
I hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work from George Mason University and spent 13+ years working with children and adults with multiple chronic conditions and disabilities. After "FORMALLY" receiving the life-altering diagnosis of Chronic Lyme Disease in 2006, I continued to work with individuals with disabilities until I had no other choice but to file for disability myself.
In 2014, I was granted SSDI and I'm simultaneously in the process of healing my nervous system while assisting others to do the same!
I’ve walked through the same struggles that many others have faced... moments of hopelessness, uncertainty, pain, and feeling lost. Therefore, I am committed to guiding others find hope, clarity, and a path forward. It's my mission to help others reclaim hope, rebuild confidence, turn their pain into purpose and believe in a brighter tomorrow!
