Devon West from New Edge Renovation & Design shares the story of transforming his backyard into the ultimate family retreat. Starting with a simple vision of a private deck to enjoy the scenic acreage, this project evolved into a stunning 14x16 deck and a custom-designed family room.
The space now features 13 large windows, cedar posts, LED lighting, a pine tongue-and-groove ceiling, and even a dedicated dog deck with its own entrance. From watching movies to football games (Go Chiefs!) to letting the dogs roam safely, this area truly redefines family living.
