Jessica Silvey

Jessica Silvey is a Co-Founder and the President of Care Package Inbound along with being the owner of a group home daycare located in Lenexa, Kansas.

Jessica started her daycare over 5 years ago, and she works with the KDHE, DCC, and DCF to provide quality childcare for children in the Kansas City area. Working as a childcare professional, she has had the privilege of working with foster care families and low-income families. Jessica is heavily involved with single, low-income mothers and their children by helping to provide them with living situations, food, and education.

Over the last several years, Jessica was challenged to find ways of helping the families involved with the foster care system around her, but she found that there were few opportunities in the Kansas City area to do so. She started talking with her local foster families to figure out ways in which she could help. In doing so, she was made aware of many ways that she and her community could help. Jessica believes that if our community can come together as a whole, we can revolutionize the foster care system in the Kansas City area.

Jessica currently resides in Lenexa, Kansas with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.
