Summer did what summer did, and now it's time to fix it. Lena, Kristin, Georgia and Kelsey from Amazingly Ageless break down IPL vs VI Peel for dark spots, including downtime, what it feels like, and how many sessions it takes. They also explain why the usual fix backfires: searching "how to get rid of dark spots" sends you to a pile of store-bought actives, but not every dark spot is sun damage, not every product is the same strength, and a summer-stressed skin barrier (with no sunscreen) can end up worse than when you started.

00:00.051 --> 00:02.054
[SPEAKER_02]: summer day, what summer day, now let's fix it.
00:02.114 --> 00:06.981
[SPEAKER_02]: We have really dialed down the settings on the laser machine.
00:07.102 --> 00:10.126
[SPEAKER_02]: We've got the right settings for the right conditions.
00:10.266 --> 00:12.770
[SPEAKER_02]: You can't undo months of site exposure of one treatment.
00:12.850 --> 00:14.573
[SPEAKER_04]: What does it feel like when I'm getting an idea?
00:20.807 --> 00:22.868
[SPEAKER_04]: Hey guys, welcome back to A's Gamebase Pod.
00:22.968 --> 00:24.788
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm your host Lena, Lysus Estition.
00:24.848 --> 00:27.889
[SPEAKER_04]: And today I have Georgia, Georgia Davenport, Lysus Estition.
00:28.149 --> 00:30.950
[SPEAKER_02]: Kristen, Kristen Samborn, Lysus Estition.
00:31.370 --> 00:34.210
[SPEAKER_03]: And Kelsey, Kelsey Rhodes, Estition of Prentice.
00:34.491 --> 00:35.811
[SPEAKER_04]: Now we're in the Burma.
00:35.831 --> 00:37.431
[SPEAKER_04]: So that means we're heading into fall.
00:37.791 --> 00:38.752
[SPEAKER_04]: Summers over what?
00:40.637 --> 00:41.798
[SPEAKER_04]: Now, what do we do now?
00:42.098 --> 00:45.301
[SPEAKER_04]: Actually, Mitch may have posted that summer day, what summer did, now let's fix it.
00:45.661 --> 00:47.542
[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, that was, I thought that was so good.
00:47.582 --> 00:48.183
[SPEAKER_04]: I think that's neat.
00:48.203 --> 00:48.783
[SPEAKER_04]: But it's so true.
00:48.823 --> 00:50.465
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the title of this show.
00:50.905 --> 00:51.425
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
00:51.585 --> 00:57.830
[SPEAKER_02]: Because now it's time to get ready for the holiday season, to get ready for all the holiday parties.
00:58.030 --> 00:59.411
[SPEAKER_02]: And you don't get ready.
01:00.172 --> 01:01.654
[SPEAKER_02]: two weeks before the event.
01:02.154 --> 01:03.235
[SPEAKER_02]: It's start now.
01:03.636 --> 01:06.499
[SPEAKER_02]: Let's start working on some of that summer damage that we had.
01:06.619 --> 01:07.059
[SPEAKER_02]: Let's start.
01:07.099 --> 01:14.227
[SPEAKER_04]: Let's talk about the things that we're going to start seeing in the next month or two from people from what summer has done to their skin.
01:14.247 --> 01:15.068
[SPEAKER_04]: What does that look like?
01:15.691 --> 01:16.992
[SPEAKER_03]: The biggest thing is send damage.
01:17.052 --> 01:19.973
[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like send damage texture, lines wrinkles.
01:19.993 --> 01:22.255
[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to start changing seasons here in the Midwest.
01:22.275 --> 01:28.698
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's going for really hot and humid down to being colder and drier and that absolutely can wreck havoc on people's skin.
01:28.778 --> 01:31.239
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's, you know, almost skin cycling too.
01:31.920 --> 01:33.321
[SPEAKER_03]: I said we're going to see inflammation.
01:33.361 --> 01:34.321
[SPEAKER_04]: We're going to see texture.
01:34.481 --> 01:37.163
[SPEAKER_04]: In a hot everyone's like, oh, I love stomach because my freckles come back.
01:37.783 --> 02:02.346
[SPEAKER_03]: That's good damage, that was absolutely me before I got into like truly the aesthetic space like I worked in the industry for a while but like I was like oh my freckles are so cute and then I started using corrective products and getting treatment and I look back at some of those old photos and I'm like oh my gosh the sendy image on my forehead my nose cheeks all the night and one thing that I'm gonna hear is
02:03.207 --> 02:07.930
[SPEAKER_04]: If I do fake holes in my gun, lose my freckles, like, yes, honey, because freckles is Sunday.
02:07.970 --> 02:09.431
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it depends.
02:09.471 --> 02:11.172
[SPEAKER_02]: There's natural freckles.
02:11.212 --> 02:12.673
[SPEAKER_02]: And then there's sun damage freckles.
02:13.194 --> 02:14.895
[SPEAKER_02]: And you're your natural freckles.
02:14.995 --> 02:16.256
[SPEAKER_02]: They're deeper embedded.
02:16.316 --> 02:17.837
[SPEAKER_02]: So they're not going to disappear.
02:17.877 --> 02:21.859
[SPEAKER_02]: They may light up if we do laser and different different things on them.
02:22.320 --> 02:24.341
[SPEAKER_02]: But that you're not going to get rid of them.
02:25.618 --> 02:27.981
[SPEAKER_02]: permanently because they're your genetic makeup.
02:28.902 --> 02:35.849
[SPEAKER_02]: But those sun damage freckles, you know, you kind of want to get rid of them otherwise they start blended together and then you get big old dark spots.
02:35.929 --> 02:40.855
[SPEAKER_02]: And but I think it's now is even though it is still a little warm outside, it's time to start.
02:41.115 --> 02:47.362
[SPEAKER_02]: I, the routines that I like to do with my individuals is start with a peel series.
02:47.842 --> 02:49.443
[SPEAKER_02]: I like to do VIPL series.
02:49.483 --> 03:01.830
[SPEAKER_02]: If you really want to kick start it, do a pigmented race treatment with is an IPL and a VIPL on top of it in one session and you're really going to start hitting that pigment damage and that texture early.
03:02.070 --> 03:03.951
[SPEAKER_02]: I like to do series of treatments of those.
03:03.971 --> 03:05.872
[SPEAKER_02]: Of course, a lot of my clients are a lot more
03:07.413 --> 03:11.414
[SPEAKER_02]: corrective compared to preventative or regenerative work corrected.
03:11.454 --> 03:13.934
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going in and we're going to start fixing things.
03:14.475 --> 03:24.457
[SPEAKER_02]: VIPiles, IPL, all that is excellent to work with cosmetic injections, our injection is basically used as Dexify.
03:24.697 --> 03:28.598
[SPEAKER_02]: We can add those on at the end of your facial treatments.
03:29.978 --> 03:38.384
[SPEAKER_02]: starting once we go through a series and then add the talks at the end of the series and that really will give your skin a glow for the holiday season.
03:38.685 --> 03:44.269
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to say if you're interested in the IPL or like to fix the news, don't book with me because I'm going to tell you what's appealing.
03:44.769 --> 03:46.350
[SPEAKER_04]: Peel the summer away.
03:46.911 --> 03:47.771
[SPEAKER_04]: Lean into the future.
03:47.791 --> 03:48.452
[SPEAKER_03]: You do both.
03:48.632 --> 03:58.316
[SPEAKER_04]: You can ask, if you can, if you come to me and ask what to do, I'm going to say you're not feeling burn it off, peel it away, I'm all of her laser calling, I'm like, I'm laser calling laser.
03:58.336 --> 04:06.880
[SPEAKER_03]: I, granted, I have to be careful with Malazma and I think that's also where having a consultation is super important because I, you can absolutely use a laser on Malazma.
04:06.940 --> 04:13.623
[SPEAKER_03]: It has to be done on the right setting, because if you don't go to somebody who's specialized in trained, you can absolutely,
04:14.523 --> 04:16.185
[SPEAKER_03]: do more damage to the skin.
04:16.205 --> 04:19.268
[SPEAKER_03]: I like a combo of like an IPL peel.
04:20.129 --> 04:22.131
[SPEAKER_03]: I hate peeling to be 100%.
04:22.231 --> 04:25.214
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like I get day two in a peeling and I'm like, can this be over?
04:25.715 --> 04:28.177
[SPEAKER_03]: But there's great no peel peels that we have to.
04:28.477 --> 04:33.703
[SPEAKER_02]: You can do the no peel peels, but if you have molasma, we almost have to just kind of
04:34.934 --> 04:35.354
[SPEAKER_02]: erase it.
04:35.595 --> 04:37.437
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it gets so important.
04:37.477 --> 04:43.223
[SPEAKER_03]: If you're if pigment is your number one thing, you can't just come in and get treatments and expect it to go away.
04:43.303 --> 04:55.035
[SPEAKER_03]: We have to be using really good album products like even tone correcting serum, even intensive, alpharette, like those are so important to be using because it does go so much deeper than just that surface level.
04:55.375 --> 05:14.000
[SPEAKER_04]: That's any kind of if you if dark spots is your thing and you're like this is what drives me up a wall when I look at him here This is like you have got to get on like even because even like shuts off the the color Yeah, so no matter if we peel it or if we I peel it those the cells are a damage So they're gonna start producing again.
05:14.020 --> 05:23.642
[SPEAKER_04]: So we have got to shut them off Continue to exfoliate so skincare is so important when it comes to if brown spots are your
05:24.642 --> 05:27.485
[SPEAKER_02]: If you're doing, we do free consultations.
05:27.585 --> 05:30.188
[SPEAKER_02]: Come and consult with us.
05:30.388 --> 05:37.915
[SPEAKER_02]: We will sit down and get you set up on a treatment series and we are going to add a lot of some different treatments throughout that treatment series.
05:37.975 --> 05:47.945
[SPEAKER_02]: We now have cherry pay so you can do a package with your treatments from now until the end of the year or for the next couple of months and we can get you set up and get those scheduled in.
05:48.745 --> 05:50.806
[SPEAKER_02]: So that you've got them going to read you.
05:50.846 --> 05:59.307
[SPEAKER_02]: What I find is if you schedule those appointments out, you're a lot more likely to not avoid them or not cancel them.
05:59.447 --> 06:10.750
[SPEAKER_01]: Especially when it comes to something like peels, because then it's on your calendar, you know, you're going to be peeling, you know, to plan for your trip to be the week before, or the week after instead of, yeah, you just know that I'm the worst.
06:10.970 --> 06:16.891
[SPEAKER_02]: If I leave the doctor's office and I do not plan my follow-up, I will not call back and get a follow-up.
06:18.171 --> 06:18.371
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
06:18.591 --> 06:20.151
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I forgot you weren't the best one.
06:20.172 --> 06:20.652
[SPEAKER_01]: Not anymore.
06:21.672 --> 06:23.492
[SPEAKER_03]: And Georgia's with Georgia.
06:23.512 --> 06:26.253
[SPEAKER_03]: Georgia's adding more days on her schedule, which is super exciting.
06:26.273 --> 06:27.833
[SPEAKER_03]: Which opens up more availability, too.
06:27.933 --> 06:28.553
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I'll be back.
06:28.573 --> 06:31.554
[SPEAKER_02]: And I know that we're talking about going in and doing treatments.
06:31.774 --> 06:34.595
[SPEAKER_02]: But something that we've just added is treatments for two.
06:35.175 --> 06:41.957
[SPEAKER_02]: And so if you have a friend that you want to start this journey with, we are able to do treatments for two people.
06:41.977 --> 06:43.357
[SPEAKER_02]: How do facials for two people?
06:43.677 --> 06:49.779
[SPEAKER_03]: or an electric or a little 30 minute Swedish massage.
06:49.799 --> 06:54.840
[SPEAKER_03]: If you want some relaxation and then do a peel afterwards and you'll be great.
06:54.880 --> 07:06.304
[SPEAKER_02]: You'll be blowing in for a lot more self-care, different self-care treatments go to our app at our amazingly ages app and we are putting those in on our treatment.
07:06.700 --> 07:07.761
[SPEAKER_02]: session.
07:08.021 --> 07:12.784
[SPEAKER_02]: The treatments for two even has its own category, especially like with the holiday seasons coming up.
07:12.824 --> 07:19.348
[SPEAKER_01]: If you think that you're a friend or you're seeing a figure while they're yeah, just a good chance for both of you guys to come and relax.
07:19.848 --> 07:23.971
[SPEAKER_02]: We have been listening because we've had several comments and clients and hey, I want to bring my friend.
07:23.991 --> 07:25.052
[SPEAKER_02]: I want to bring my grandma.
07:25.072 --> 07:26.232
[SPEAKER_02]: Can I bring my grandma with me?
07:26.853 --> 07:28.974
[SPEAKER_02]: And so now we're working it out to her.
07:28.994 --> 07:33.057
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, you can grab a friend, come do a self-care, drop your kids off at school, come see us.
07:33.857 --> 07:37.059
[SPEAKER_02]: We're not going to be there on the weekends, but we're there during the week, Monday through Friday.
07:37.079 --> 07:39.021
[SPEAKER_02]: It's important to take time for yourself.
07:39.241 --> 07:45.946
[SPEAKER_04]: Because we cover IPL quite a bit on this podcast, but I do want to hit what are some things that we want our clients to know before booking.
07:46.166 --> 07:48.027
[SPEAKER_04]: I think we throw this out on every episode.
07:48.047 --> 07:50.569
[SPEAKER_04]: You can't undo months of site exposure of one treatment.
07:50.649 --> 07:55.172
[SPEAKER_04]: And dark spots are one of the hardest getting concerns to address one the longest.
07:55.292 --> 08:01.517
[SPEAKER_02]: If you're going to hit a dark spot or if you are, if you have sun damage, just plan on three to four treatments.
08:01.997 --> 08:12.981
[SPEAKER_02]: I like to do four of the fourth treatment of IPL at a month apart is going to be like your cleanup once we go through those treatments then that fourth treatment just really helps.
08:13.061 --> 08:20.004
[SPEAKER_01]: And like Kelsey was saying once we get the results to where we want to be maintaining that at home with products like even and keeping up with this.
08:20.104 --> 08:20.444
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
08:20.564 --> 08:26.207
[SPEAKER_03]: And what should I say if I wanted to come in and get an IPL treatment or of the IPL like what should I plan on for downtime?
08:27.030 --> 08:30.133
[SPEAKER_02]: Like how many days VIPL is going to be 7 to 10 days.
08:30.153 --> 08:35.178
[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of your Shelby of ugly time, which is just going to be shedding.
08:35.298 --> 08:36.699
[SPEAKER_02]: You're just going to feel like you had a sunburn.
08:37.119 --> 08:39.962
[SPEAKER_02]: IPL, you really don't have downtime.
08:40.222 --> 08:41.764
[SPEAKER_02]: You just have a little ugly time that.
08:41.824 --> 08:43.225
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's not painful or anything.
08:43.265 --> 08:47.889
[SPEAKER_02]: You just have like little dark specs, which is the pigment rising to the surface.
08:47.929 --> 08:50.612
[SPEAKER_02]: So IPL is just, it's an instantaneous.
08:51.072 --> 08:52.273
[SPEAKER_02]: zap of the skin.
08:52.634 --> 08:55.397
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's not like you leave burning or red.
08:55.477 --> 09:01.523
[SPEAKER_02]: We have really dialed down the settings on the laser machine.
09:01.603 --> 09:03.805
[SPEAKER_02]: We are really good at using our laser.
09:04.646 --> 09:08.250
[SPEAKER_02]: So we've got the right settings for the right conditions.
09:08.830 --> 09:09.791
[SPEAKER_02]: And you know it's
09:10.412 --> 09:12.534
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not a lot of downtime for doing that.
09:12.574 --> 09:16.877
[SPEAKER_02]: Don't expect to go home with with red, peely skin or anything from an IPL.
09:16.917 --> 09:18.598
[SPEAKER_02]: You're just going to go home.
09:18.618 --> 09:20.339
[SPEAKER_02]: Your skin's going to feel a little energized.
09:20.459 --> 09:22.361
[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to get some dark spots for about a week.
09:22.381 --> 09:25.443
[SPEAKER_02]: Your skin's going to get a little uglier, but you can cover it with makeup.
09:25.463 --> 09:29.065
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, don't do it before you're wetting, but you can also go to work with your wetting.
09:29.085 --> 09:30.206
[SPEAKER_02]: The next day if you need to.
09:30.286 --> 09:30.406
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
09:30.506 --> 09:30.666
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
09:30.847 --> 09:32.648
[SPEAKER_03]: What does it feel like when I'm getting an IPL?
09:32.768 --> 09:35.630
[SPEAKER_02]: It feels like I'm taking a snap in you with a rubber band.
09:35.870 --> 09:38.993
[SPEAKER_04]: It feels like you pulled the rubber band about four inches and then snapped.
09:39.073 --> 09:39.213
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
09:39.433 --> 09:41.515
[SPEAKER_02]: So if you can handle that at home, you can handle it.
09:41.655 --> 09:42.816
[SPEAKER_02]: And it is pretty quick.
09:43.176 --> 09:45.297
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not a long treatment.
09:45.458 --> 09:46.658
[SPEAKER_02]: You're in and out for these facts.
09:46.679 --> 09:47.379
[SPEAKER_04]: Don't do them.
09:47.539 --> 09:47.919
[SPEAKER_02]: We can.
09:48.100 --> 09:48.320
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
09:48.520 --> 09:59.008
[SPEAKER_02]: I've done a plan for hand and that just kind of gets rid of all the trash sitting on the outside of the skin so that your laser has a direct path to the to the dark spot.
09:59.688 --> 10:12.672
[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to, you're going to add a CO2 mask on the end of an IPL, I don't have a lot of people doing that because we just don't have time and IPL treatment is going to be, you know, you're looking at 35 minutes and most of that is prep.
10:12.692 --> 10:15.533
[SPEAKER_02]: The actual treatment is, I can roll those out in five minutes.
10:15.593 --> 10:18.254
[SPEAKER_03]: You want CO2 left to something they can take home and do it home.
10:18.294 --> 10:19.854
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's got like that evening too.
10:19.934 --> 10:21.735
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're going to re-tail those now.
10:22.015 --> 10:35.447
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and it's really great because it helps to reduce the inflammation in the skin, but it also is going to pull hydration to the skin, which the more hydrated your skin is, post laser, post peel, you know, post micro nearly anything like that, like the better healing experience you're going to have as well.
10:35.647 --> 10:37.068
[SPEAKER_00]: You need a little escape.
10:37.209 --> 10:39.731
[SPEAKER_00]: Treat yourself to a relaxing head spa treatment.
10:40.131 --> 10:46.479
[SPEAKER_00]: Add to your package a massage or facial treatment for the ultimate self-care package.
10:47.180 --> 10:53.067
[SPEAKER_00]: Bring a friend and book a treatment for two because relaxation is better together.
10:53.407 --> 10:57.713
[SPEAKER_01]: Download our app amazingly Ageless and book your appointment online today or give us a call.
10:59.833 --> 11:07.516
[SPEAKER_04]: The other thing I want to hit with summer coming to an end, people are going to Google, I have dark spots how to get rhythm.
11:08.037 --> 11:13.179
[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to get these answers of like Mandela Gassad, retinol.
11:13.499 --> 11:15.740
[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to get deli's exfoliating options.
11:16.120 --> 11:17.501
[SPEAKER_04]: I really want to say go to your estition.
11:18.281 --> 11:26.405
[SPEAKER_04]: I just go to your estition because you can go, and then they're going to search where do I buy these products, and they're going to go to alternate and they're going to get
11:27.531 --> 11:32.732
[SPEAKER_04]: like all these actives and then they're going to strip their skin and all this stuff.
11:32.752 --> 11:35.853
[SPEAKER_04]: So I really want to say just go like go to your health.
11:35.973 --> 11:37.394
[SPEAKER_04]: Not all dark spots are the same.
11:37.414 --> 11:38.994
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, it could be molasma.
11:39.034 --> 11:41.034
[SPEAKER_01]: It could be a slim number of things.
11:41.134 --> 11:44.315
[SPEAKER_01]: So you saying I have dark spots on my skin, typing that in.
11:44.335 --> 11:45.976
[SPEAKER_04]: But also every product is not the same.
11:46.016 --> 11:49.697
[SPEAKER_04]: Just because this is man, like these two different products say both say Mandelg acid.
11:49.837 --> 11:51.477
[SPEAKER_04]: One may be stronger than anyone.
11:51.497 --> 11:52.577
[SPEAKER_04]: You're skin can't handle it.
11:53.217 --> 11:54.758
[SPEAKER_04]: One may literally have it.
11:55.358 --> 12:06.846
[SPEAKER_03]: That's the smallest amount, but it's all in the ingredients, and some of those ingredients can counteract each other and like create even more damage and because you shouldn't be using them together.
12:06.886 --> 12:12.130
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let me shift just a little bit because we've been training Kelsey on the skin classic on their molasses.
12:12.491 --> 12:14.332
[SPEAKER_02]: Some of those spots may be a caretosis spot.
12:14.892 --> 12:23.121
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, especially on older individuals with my genetic makeup, I'm Irish and German and very light skinned.
12:23.361 --> 12:28.566
[SPEAKER_02]: I look at my mom and my grandmother and they have a lot of those caretosis spots and even my Aunt Jenny.
12:28.887 --> 12:31.009
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm coming up now as they're aging.
12:31.629 --> 12:33.251
[SPEAKER_02]: And I have those too.
12:33.731 --> 12:37.475
[SPEAKER_02]: And so now those spots may not actually be a sunspot.
12:37.695 --> 12:39.397
[SPEAKER_02]: It may be a caratosis spot.
12:39.517 --> 12:44.602
[SPEAKER_02]: Or it may be a different type of spot that needs a different modality to remove it.
12:45.022 --> 12:50.067
[SPEAKER_02]: And with the skin classic and the thomaluses treatments were able to remove those
12:53.730 --> 12:56.713
[SPEAKER_02]: were able to do millions, what else do we?
12:56.733 --> 12:58.214
[SPEAKER_02]: It's spacious spots.
12:58.614 --> 13:10.044
[SPEAKER_02]: And so make sure that the spot that you're buying a product for is actually what that product is designated for because it's not it can cause more issues than it can solve it.
13:10.064 --> 13:12.526
[SPEAKER_04]: So summer you already have the damage of summer.
13:12.706 --> 13:15.508
[SPEAKER_04]: So your skin may not be ready for actors.
13:15.608 --> 13:16.469
[SPEAKER_04]: No, you're better.
13:16.849 --> 13:27.412
[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to look up what to do for dark spots and Google's going to give you all these active and you can go, you could find almost every single one at Alter, but your skin may not be ready for it.
13:27.432 --> 13:28.933
[SPEAKER_04]: So you actually can cause more harm.
13:29.393 --> 13:30.013
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, good.
13:30.073 --> 13:32.234
[SPEAKER_03]: And on top of that, it's still warm outside, right?
13:32.274 --> 13:32.394
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
13:32.434 --> 13:35.935
[SPEAKER_03]: You have people like, like you said, oh, Labor Day is here, summers over.
13:35.955 --> 13:40.557
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to start getting rid of all of my pigment is their tan starts fading, but it's still warm outside.
13:40.577 --> 13:41.697
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm going to the lake this weekend.
13:41.997 --> 14:04.129
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and they're still using all of these actives which make sure barrier even more susceptible to more damage and then they're not wearing sunscreen Yeah, I could go on a rampage about like sunscreen and if you are concerned with browns like that is the number one thing that I will tell you to do before you even laid out on my trip But if you are not using a zinc based sunscreen like
14:05.205 --> 14:21.137
[SPEAKER_03]: Don't honestly don't waste your money coming in because yeah, you're skin will look great for a couple months, but if you're not protecting that investment like why are you spending the money I would rather you invest in good skin care at home for sure then you know just continue to run this vicious cycle and you come back to me like well my skin looked great, but now it's not working.
