Brendon is a licensed real estate agent that has owned and managed rental properties for over a decade. During this time he has completed several flip projects, and currently owns several million dollars of real estate in the Johnson County area. He has been on the board for Landlords of Johnson County for the past several years, and most recently has served as the organization’s president. He loves giving presentations, writing blogs, and educating others about the benefits of long term buy and hold investing. He recently published his first book titled Boring Rentals all about building wealth one rental property at a time. Brendon is married to his wife, Shannon, and has 3 kids, Azaria, Tanyon and Kabreya. He loves real estate because of the flexibility it provides which helps him keep a family life and work balance.
